Sellers Protection Policy

A policy that enables our sellers to safeguard their finances if their sale does not proceed to the exchange of contracts.

Offering our sellers the opportunity to protect themselves financially by purchasing a sellers protection insurance policy incorporating around £1,500 (inc VAT) worth of insurance cover claimable should your sale not proceed to exchange of contracts. The cover is limited to:

£1500 for home selling costs to cover:
- Legal fees
- Conveyancing fees
- Disbursements
